The Xerath patch

Hey guys, been away for a while, posting on forums and whatnot, but now i hope to keep you updated once again on skins, champion and everything League of Legends!

Lets kick off with Xerath, the Magus Ascendant. Now, the EU have yet to recieve the patch (im expecting tonight) so i can't bring you much on him, except the Champion Spotlight.

He looks pretty damn cool, and scary.

Now to the new skins in this patch.

As usual, you have the 3 Xerath Skins, seeing as he is the new champion. You also have 4 Skins other than him for Caitlyn, Teemo, Brand and Irelia. They are as follows:

Xerath, the Magus Ascendant

• Ascended Form (Passive): Xerath feeds on arcane power, making him increasingly resilient to physical harm. He converts a percentage of his Ability Power into Armor.
• Arcanopulse: Fires a long-range beam of energy, dealing magic damage to all targets hit.
• Locus of Power: Xerath anchors himself to a source of magical power, increasing the range of all spells and granting him bonus % Magic Penetration. Although he is immobilized while Locus of Power is active, his movement speed increases upon disabling the ability.
• Mage Chains: Deals magic damage to an enemy and marks them with Unstable Magic. The next spell Xerath strikes this enemy with stuns them.
• Arcane Barrage: Calls down a blast of arcane energy, dealing magic damage to all enemies in an area. May be cast up to three times before going on cooldown.

Karthus

• Fixed a bug where Requiem would sometimes not finish channeling when cast during Death Defied

LeBlanc

• Fixed a bug where Ethereal Chains would not root Master Yi

Lee Sin

• Sonic Wave
  • Cooldown increased to 11/10/9/8/7 from 10/9/8/7/6
  • Attack damage ratio reduced to .9 from 1
• Safe Guard range reduced to 700 from 750

Malphite

• Brutal Strikes
  • Modified the shape and range of Brutal Strike's passive cleave component.
  • Added a visual indicator on targets hit by Brutal Strikes

Malzahar

• Fixed a bug where Call of the Void would not finish casting if Malzahar died.
• Nether Grasp
• Fixed a bug where Nether Grasp couldn't break with distance
• Nether Grasp will now stop channeling if the target becomes a zombie

Mordekaiser

• Creeping Death now properly gives assists

Miss Fortune

• Bullet Time now scales with attack damage and ability power

Morgana

• Soul Siphon spell vamp decreased to 10/20/30 from 15/25/35
• Black Shield ability power ratio reduced to .7 from .8

Rammus

• Fixed a bug where recommended items would not display for Rammus

Singed

• Poison Trail linger time reduced to 3.25 from 3.5
• Insanity Potion crowd control reduction lowered to 10/15/20% from 10/20/30%

Taric

• Radiance cooldown reduced to 60 seconds at all ranks from 100/90/80

Tryndamere

• Mocking Shout now properly gives assists if the slow is not applied

Warwick

• Infinite Duress
  • Slowed down the first two ticks of damage slightly (before the first two ticks came almost instantly)
  • Infinite Duress will now stop channeling if the target becomes a zombie

The Crystal Scar

• Ambient gold gain reduced by 7%
• Reduced the time range of the respawns to help early winning teams finish games

General

• Revised all item tooltips to have standardized vocabulary and formatting
• Adjusted Quicksilver Sash's cooldown to properly reflect the tooltip
• Creep camp minimap icons now update properly with all forms of vision
• Fixed a bug where Ignite's visual effect would sometimes persist far beyond the actual duration.
• Fixed a bug in which the Show/Hide HUD keybinding would always be F5, despite the selection in the options menu.
• Fixed a bug in which the ignite particles would persist forever in some circumstances.

New Champions!

Hey guys, just read an article about the new champion, Riven, and the one after her, Magus, who was recently announced. This got me onto the subject of new champions coming/in concept. So here's a fast list of what I've found.

• RIVEN, The Exile

• A Female Boar-Themed Champion
• A Female Gravity Themed Ranged DPS Caster

A New Champion Approaches!

Hey guys, just found a new Champion Sneak Peak has been posted on the League of Legends Website. The Sneak Peak features Riven, The Exile, who looks at first glance to be a Melee fighter (Possibly a hybrid due to magical runes on her blade) belonging to Noxus (Or perhaps, once belonging to Noxus, being 'The Exile').

Looks interesting, i'll try to bring you a first impressions when she appears, and I will keep you updated regardless.

In other news, there have been some Champion Skin Sales appearing again, as well as Champions themselves being on sale. The Champions on sale until this Monday (5th September) are the following.

Champion Rotation - Week 60

Hey guys, short post today as there isn't much to write about, just gonna inform you of the new Free Champion Rotation (Week 60). This Rotation includes the following Champions.

• ALISTAR, The Minotaur

A nice selection of Champions this week, but there was a quick update. It seems there is some kind of bug with AoE Damage at the moment, and because of this, Karthus has been replaced with Kennen for now for this week, but they are hoping to get this problem fixed as soon as possible.

There is also a Skin Sale starting today and running until this Friday (September 2nd) for the Following Skins.

• COTTONTAIL TEEMO - 487 RP down from 975 RP

• BARBARIAN SION - 487 RP down from 975 RP

• COMMANDO XIN ZHAO - 260 RP down from 520 RP

Finally, a new skin has arrived : Pentakill Karthus. He joins the band as Lead Singer. This skin will cost 975 RP, and in addition, the Statue of Karthus skin has been reduced from 975 RP to 520 RP Permanently.

Sorry for the lack of updates lately, I haven't really had much to blog about if i'm honest, but I may do a review or two in the near future.

New Skins Incoming!

Just got a link from a friend from a Russian site that details some new champion skins :D

These are the Skins for Existing Champions, and i think they all look pretty cool, They should at least be viewable in the next patch (which still doesn't have a release date). It has been said that the new patch will be larger than usual (Around 700MB), because it contains some files required for Dominion, and it should add the new Kill Caller system, displaying kills at the side of the screen.

All the starting Talon Skins have also been leaked, and they are as follows.

• CLASSIC TALON

• RENEGADE TALON

• CRIMSON ELITE TALON

For me, the Renegade Skin has completely sold this champion to me <3 You can expect a review as soon as I get my hands on him.

Also in the preview were all the models for the above skins, and a compilation of them is below.

This week also signals the new Champion Rotation (Week 59). The champions that this week are free to play are:

One final bit of news for now, the Fiddlesticks Champion Bundle will be live from today until Friday (26th) and will include the Champion and all of his Skins, for half of the normal RP. He's a great and scary Champion if played correctly, so he is well worth checking out.

All Change!

So after a small break (Ah who am i kidding? I'm a lazy bastard.) I've come back and decided to redesign everything. New Layout and stuff, also more focus on League of Legends, hopefully with some Casted videos in the future and things like that, you know, the good stuff. I'll be focusing on Reviews of new games too, But this time without any kind of schedule, as i seem to enjoy messing those up anyway. But i can guarantee you, my Faithful Viewer(s?) that i will update more when i can.
